AT NOTES: HEY IS THAT JUST YET ANOTHER STICKY NOTES APP ?

Do you know the KISS Rule?
Before you start imagining too much, KISS is short for [Keep it Simple and Stupid].
That is what AT-Notes does, yet powerful and has everything you can imagine of. Have you ever thought "This Feature would be nice", while using a particular software, and when you find it after you ponder a bit into the menus, your heart fills up?

I have experienced this way too many times, there is
a List of applications that I think have done this to
me. The list is quite big, Winamp, Zone Alarm, MS
Office, MusicMatch Juke Box, gtalk, yahoo
messenger the list goes on and on. AT Notes falls
into this category right away.
AT Notes is a nifty small application, that can take
urgent notes. Its that simple. No strings attached. It can work offline. It does not
bother you to update itself, no advertisements, no nothing. Its just straight, just a
Notes Application.
I love it, and I have been using it ages. After a long hunt some years back, I
thought this just is the best. There are many reasons why I choose it to be one of
the best. it can take color inputs form you. So you can create multiple color
notes.
You can pre-define a LAYOUT, that means you can keep your "TODO"lists in
Red, your Tips and Tricks in Red, your urgent Notes in the regular yellow and
so on.
Great things about this piece of smart doll, it stores all your notes to a single file.
You can back it up. You can search into it, you can delete it(into recycle).
Create a note by "Double Click". Create a Note from Clipboard. That means,
when you are browsing, you copy a piece of info, you need not paste it into the
notes, just click the yellow icon on your tray, it creates a new note in the default
Notes-Folder.
It has a built-in calendar, so it can remind you of appointments, birthdays,
meetings, anniversaries etc. it has an alarm feature too.
What I like about the
calendar best is, it
can do a very neat "Date Copy", like
what you see on the picture. Sometimes this comes in very Handy, instead of
banging on the windows clock. I will vote for the swift "Go To Today" function,
I tend to forget the date many a times like most of us do.
Oooh I forgot to mention(did I forget or stored it for the last) - You can send a
note to a colleague on your LAN, Network or on the Internet if he had an IP that
you knew. Sometimes this becomes much easier and secure than the Online
Notes applications. there are 100 other online capable notes applications out
there, which require you to register and activate it from mail. i hate the very idea
of creating 1001 IDs and registrations. So here is a sweet lil app. that can do
what you need with less or no fuss.
There is more that you can explore on the AT-Notes app. It's a dynamite packed
to deceive the onlooker. So go ahead and dig it more, you can find a lot more of
surprises. Like the translate feature, calendar, multi color, flash alarm, keyboard
short-cuts, transparency, multi-position, printing, scaling, export to, separator
style, XP-Style etc. happy hunting.
