HOW THOSE AWESOME ICONS FOR FIREFOX AND THUNDERBIRD WERE

I have always been a fan of a good design. I used to do pencil sketching during my school days, and a bit of caricature and pencil portraits and cartoons as well. But its been quite sometime I have put any effort to pursue that hobby. But I have always admired and appreciated people who worked with me of their great designs and I have been encouraging my designers to come up with good designs and have been able to leverage to better UI for software because of this skill within me.
