HowTo "switch between" 2 or more running applications in a Nokia Phone?
[like the Alt+Tab in windows]
- Keep the "Applications" Button De-Pressed, you shall see a list of running applications be displayed on the mobile screen. Once you see this strip you can use your directional navigation keys to scroll through them and select the application to switch to.
- Applications do not get closed when you press the "Red/cancel" button in Nokia Phones, because the Symbian OS is a Multi Tasking environment.
- Say for example you are using the camera and you press the Cancel button it is not "closed properly" and the application still runs in the background.
- Likewise there might be many applications running in the background. You can close these applications by switching between them and selecting the right exit menu.
